变成There will be people anxious that the plan succeed.
有些说是情态动词“应该”；
还有同学说是should的推断使用方法，是可能，可能的意思。
请教老师，这里should到底是同学们说的哪种意思和使用方法？
3) 这里的succeed 动作应该没发生吧， 要以后才发生的吧？正是由于要以后才发生，所以大家才担忧成功的可能性，对吗？
1 There will be people anxious that the plan should succeed.
划线部分为形容词短语作定语修饰people。其中that从句为形容词的补足语。此句可以改写为下句，意义相同，但不如原句简洁：
There will be people anxious that the plan should succeed.
这是there存在句。英语句子除去有语法结构外，还有信息结构。即一个英语句子一般以已知信息开头，让听话人了解说话人在谈论什么，然后过渡到新信息，完成信息的交流。存在句用的初衷是为了防止一个句子以新信息开头，让形式主语there占据主题（theme)的地方，而把新信息置于be之后的述位。所以be 后的真的主语一般不可以是特指名词（已知信息）。比如：

sb be anxious that从句=sb desire that 从句。that从句表示的不是事实，而是主语desire，所以that从句要用虚拟语气，即从句谓语动词用动词原型或should do形式。这和表示需要、命令、建议等的that从句用虚拟语气的道理是完全一样的。这里的should就是推定式should的用法语境之一。（推定式should并不是只不过表示感情色彩。）
